Are you a Moving Company?
No we are not movers, we rent out our reusable, stackable, stronger than cardboard moving boxes called “Bento Boxes”. Our goal is to reduce the use of cardboard that will end up in the landfill while eliminating the headache of acquiring, assembling and discarding of boxes.
How does it work?
You decide how many boxes you will need based on the size of your current home and reserve the boxes online. We will deliver the boxes to your current home and pick them up from your new home.
What area do you service?
We are currently only servicing movers that are moving from one Charlotte, NC zip code to another Charlotte, NC zip codes. Please use our zip code checker on our main page to see if you are in our service area.
What size are the Bento Boxes?
Bento boxes are 27in long x 17in wide x 12in tall.
How long do I get to use the boxes?
Well, that is up to you we have rental periods of 2, 3 and 4 weeks. Our most popular option is our 2 weeks option. For example if you get your boxes delivered on the Saturday before your move you would have a week to pack, move, then you have another week to unpack and get settled in to your new home.
Which bundle size is right for me?
Our bundles are sized based on the size of your home.
1 Bedroom - 24 Bento Boxes
2 Bedroom - 36 Bento Boxes
3 Bedroom - 48 Bento Boxes
4 Bedroom - 60 Bento Boxes
When will I get my boxes?
We deliver our boxes between 5pm to 9pm Monday - Friday and 8am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday. We also pick them up during these hours on your reserved pick-up day. If this does not work for you, please let us know during the checkout process and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule. You’ll receive an email the day you book your reservation as well as a confirmation email two days prior to delivery as well as pick-up. We’ll also call and/or text you prior to delivery and pickup to announce our arrival.
Do I need to be home for delivery and pick-up?
Yes; You do need to be home for delivery and pick-up.
Are the boxes clean?
Yes. Our boxes are cleaned and disinfected after each rental.
Do I need to clean the boxes after my move?
No. We take care of the cleaning. In the case of a large spill, please wipe out any affected boxes.
What if a box gets damaged?
Our boxes designed to handle the harsh nature of a move. In case a box gets damaged to the point where we need to recycle it, we will charge $25 per box.
Can I write on the boxes?
No, please use the provided labels inserts and cards to label your boxes, or write on painters tape to label your boxes We need to be able to clean/remove your labeling. Please don’t use permanent markers as we will need to charge $25 per box.
Can I buy boxes?
Yes, we charge $25 per box.
Can I change the delivery/order dates?
Yes. If you need boxes longer than anticipated, you can extend your rental by the week.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order but please do so as early as possible. Others will benefit from having boxes available. You can cancel up to 5 business days in advance for a full refund. After that, we’re no longer able to accept cancellations.
Do I pay for delivery and/or pick-up?
Yes, there is a one time $20 delivery and pickup fee that is already included in the package pricing.
